If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will work to ensure your total satisfaction. We have a showroom with over 70 models of fitness equipment so please we encourage you to come in and work out on the equipment prior to purchasing. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs out of the box, we will promptly dispatch a technician to get your equipment up and running quickly. If you purchase a new machine from us, it will come with a manufacturers’ warranty, which we will honor. Here is our return policy:
- Accessories under $500 can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt and in their original, unopened package.
- Returns on hard good items that are still in their original, unopened package are accepted within 7 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Balances will be returned in the form of a company check.
- No returns on out of box merchandise, used or clearance items.
- No refunds or cancellations on special order product.
- No refunds on inbound or outbound shipping charges or labor charges if the labor has been performed.
